Overview

This product is supplied as a kit, not as a pre-filled cartridge. Everything needed to prepare a pen cartridge is included — the powder is shipped sealed and lyophilised, and is reconstituted by you at the point of use rather than by us before dispatch.

A reconstituted cartridge is a liquid preparation with a limited stable life, and transit conditions cannot be controlled. Supplying the compound dry removes that variable entirely: the material arrives in the state it was tested in, and the clock only starts when you mix it. Available in 10mg and 40mg.

Research Focus

MOTS-c is a 16-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide, encoded within the mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene rather than in nuclear DNA. It is studied primarily as a metabolic regulator: published research has examined its activation of AMPK, the cellular energy sensor; insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism; exercise capacity; and mitochondrial function during ageing.

Returns

Kits are assembled to order. An unopened kit with all seals intact can be returned within 14 days — but once the vial, water or needle seal has been broken it cannot be accepted back on hygiene grounds, and anything already reconstituted cannot be returned.
