Overview

This product is supplied as a kit, not as a pre-filled cartridge. Everything needed to prepare a pen cartridge is included — the powder is shipped sealed and lyophilised, and is reconstituted by you at the point of use rather than by us before dispatch.

A reconstituted cartridge is a liquid preparation with a limited stable life, and transit conditions cannot be controlled. Supplying the compound dry removes that variable entirely: the material arrives in the state it was tested in, and the clock only starts when you mix it. Available in 20mg, 40mg and 60mg.

Research Focus

Retatrutide is a triple agonist, acting on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors simultaneously where earlier compounds in its class targeted one or two. Published Phase 2 trial results have examined body-weight reduction, glycaemic control and hepatic fat content, with the triple-receptor mechanism reported to produce greater effect than single or dual agonists. Phase 3 trials are ongoing.

Returns

Kits are assembled to order. An unopened kit with all seals intact can be returned within 14 days — but once the vial, water or needle seal has been broken it cannot be accepted back on hygiene grounds, and anything already reconstituted cannot be returned.
